DLP Dashboard Guide

The GSuite DLP dashboard provides five specialized views for monitoring and managing data loss prevention.

Dashboard Views

1. Overview View

Executive summary dashboard displaying:

• Key metrics (total events, downloads, shares, risks)
• Activity trends over time
• Recent high-priority alerts
• Quick action buttons

2. Analytics View

User behavior analysis including:

• Top downloaders and sharers
• External sharing patterns
• Activity distribution by file type and time
• Risk distribution across the organization

3. Events View

Real-time activity monitoring with:

• Chronological event feed
• Filtering by event type, user, file, risk level
• Detailed event information panels
• Bulk selection for mass actions

4. Risks View

Security risk management featuring:

• Active risks by severity level
• Stale external shares
• Disproportionate sharing patterns
• Sensitive external shares
• Remediation action buttons

5. Backfill View

Historical data management for:

• Importing past Google Drive activities
• Configuring date ranges and batch sizes
• Monitoring import job progress
• Viewing job history and results
